Empowering Youth Workers in Cultural Heritage Awareness
Erasmus+ project “Empowering Youth Workers in Cultural Heritage Awareness” has been successfully completed!
22–29 May 2025, Çorum, Türkiye
The training brought together 44 youth workers from 11 countries: Morocco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.
Throughout the week, we:
-Strengthened the capacity of youth workers to engage young people in cultural heritage education
-Promoted innovative non-formal methods to raise awareness on heritage
-Fostered intercultural dialogue and understanding through workshops and field visits
-Exchanged best practices in youth work and heritage preservation
-Encouraged inclusive, diverse participation in cultural heritage activities
-Built strong networks and new ideas for future European cooperation
